great location street location easy walk bathroom door missing curtains stair noise
The location was great across the street from the beach. a quick walk downtown was easy. the hotel was quiet. I slept well.
My room was next to the stairs. I heard everyone using them at night. there were no curtains, just shutters. the bathroom door did not close properly. This lacked privacy.

torn chair sensitive air conditioning
I was really annoyed by a few things . the furniture looked old and worn. there was a torn chair. plus, the air conditioning was so sensitive. I couldn't get it back on after i opened the window. it made the room quite uncomfortable and i was not happy about it

The location IS great, right on the Promenade des Anglais. I got to walk to many places from there. The staff was helpful with directions. The room included air conditioning, very useful.
The room i had was in the basement. It felt a bit dark. The room was also small. Some of the furniture was old, like the chair with a tear.
